Most of our barware glasses, mugs, shakers and pitchers can be washed in the dishwasher, preferably on the top rack to prevent direct exposure to the heating element. However, we suggest handwashing the items to maintain the pristine look of your custom imprint.
A set-up charge is the cost associated with creating a screen, plate or other fixture used to imprint your name, logo or artwork on a product.
We prefer to receive vector files for your barware artwork, including EPS, AI, PSD or PDF formats. If those files are unavailable, please send us the highest resolution file you have. The production process requires that artwork be at least 150 dots per inch at print size. If your art file resolution is too low to convert, the design may need to be redrawn and additional charges could apply. Converting or redrawing artwork can also extend the production time.
Yes you can. A FREE artwork proof will be sent to you via email, often the same day you complete your barware order online, depending on the time of day the order is received. After you receive your FREE artwork proof, you must contact your graphic artist to approve the design or have changes made.
