Badge Reel Printing Options
To ensure the best quality printing, we use two different techniques for our customizable badge reels.
Pad Print (for one color badge reels)
- This process involves printing the image onto a metal plate where ink is applied. A rubber stamp transfers the ink into the shape of the image and stamps it onto the material. Pad printing, also called tampography, works well on textured surfaces.
Direct Digital / UV Printing (for full color & dome badge reels)
- Our digital printing process uses a large-scale digital computer printer to apply the imprint via ink through the printer onto the material. Digital printing is best when imprinting detailed images on certain materials.
