Begin by choosing a product, the quantity and inserting your zip code. Then choose your desired production time and shipping method. Then you'll be asked to choose your product color and imprint color. You can upload your personal artwork or email it to us at a later time. You also have the option of stating your design idea in the "Special Artwork Instruction" box and one of our talented graphic designers will help you create it. We prefer to receive EPS, AI and PDF vector formats but we sometimes accept JPG and PNG files. If you are sending us a raster format (JPG and PNG), we ask that you send the highest resolution possible if vector is not available.

If you'd rather, you can email your artwork.
We prefer to receive vector files for your barware artwork, including EPS, AI, PSD or PDF formats. If those files are unavailable, please send us the highest resolution file you have. The production process requires that artwork be at least 150 dots per inch at print size. If your art file resolution is too low to convert, the design may need to be redrawn and additional charges could apply. Converting or redrawing artwork can also extend the production time.
Totally Promotional will never knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for copyright infringement when producing your barware artwork. The customer is responsible for obtaining legal permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.

We will consider but cannot guarantee the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the copyrighted or trademarked design you desire. Our graphic artists can help you create a design to your satisfaction.
Yes you can. A FREE artwork proof will be sent to you via email. After you receive your FREE artwork proof, you must contact your graphic artist to approve the design or have changes made.
We keep customer artwork/designs on file for about two years.
Yes, but please note that our product prices include one artwork/imprint per order. Each design you select or submit to us will be considered a separate order, which can reduce the price break we offer on larger quantities. This policy does not apply to second-side imprints on products such as drinkware and can coolers.
Most of our barware/glassware items are top-rack, dishwasher safe unless specified in the Product Details section. Putting any type of printed drinkware in the dishwasher may over time weaken the imprint or cause other damage. We recommend hand washing our glassware/barware items to preserve the imprint and promote overall longevity.
Nearly all of our acrylic cups, mugs, and other items are BPA-free. All of our barware products meet or exceed federal guidelines for product safety.
All of our cups are measured to the brim. A 16-oz. beverage will completely fill a 16-oz. cup. To avoid spills, we recommend, for example, you order 16-oz. cups or mugs to hold 12-oz. beverages. The product size for each item is listed on its Product Details page.
A set-up charge is the cost associated with creating a screen, plate or other fixture used to imprint your name, logo or artwork on a product.
An "imprint" is the design, logo, print or text that you choose to print on your mugs or other items. Simply upload your personal image to us and we will imprint it onto your products the way you want it.
You can choose 1-color imprints or full-color imprints for the barware items you select.
The color that appears on your computer monitor or on a copy that you print will not be the exact Pantone Matching System Color of our imprint colors because all printers and monitors are calibrated differently. If you are unsure of the imprint color, please request a sample.
We offer low minimum order quantities for all of our products. The minimum order quantity for the products you choose is stated on the Product Details page.
Most of our barware items are constructed with a virtually unbreakable acrylic that won't shatter when dropped and can be used many times over. Information about the materials for each product can be found on the Product Details page for each.
Our smallest cups are 1.25-oz. shot glasses. The largest individual beverage holders are the 1-liter German beer mugs. Our pitchers range from 32-64 ounces.
Yes! Several of our barware products light up to add a special effect to your party. Our most popular light-up barware item is the 12 oz. Multi Color Light Up Acrylic Cup. Our barware products are available in many vibrant colors and exciting shapes!
Lighted glassware illuminates best in dark conditions. Light brilliance and time of battery operation vary per product and are not subject to warranty based on expectation of performance.
We do not recommend putting hot beverages of any kind in our glassware.
We do not recommend placing any of our glass products in the microwave.
Our smallest glassware item is the 1.75-oz. shot glass; our largest is the 64-oz. Growler.
Our silk screen or screen print process is used to create imprints on most of our glassware and barware items.
The estimated delivery cost is shown on the first page of your order after you choose the quantity, enter your zip code, and choose the delivery method and production time.

Please tell your Account Representative if you need a special delivery method or have other special instructions for your order.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Your Guaranteed Delivery Date is the date you will receive your order when choosing rush production and/or rush delivery times. This date could change in lieu of holidays or if adjustments are made to the order/artwork after the initial proof, depending on when the order is finalized. Fees for our rush service will be refunded if your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date.

Estimated Delivery Dates
This is the approximate arrival date of your order when using Standard Production and/or Standard Delivery methods. This date could change depending on current production capacity, adjustments to artwork after the initial proof, and when your order is approved and paid. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, we recommend you select rush production and/or rush delivery times.

Barware orders are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL. Our production facilities are located throughout the United States and all orders ship via ground service unless an expedited method is chosen to meet a deadline. All quoted delivery costs are estimated and can vary.
Our production facilities are located across the United States. The facility your order will be delivered from depends on the type of items you ordered.
The arrival date of your barware order depends on several factors:
  • The day and time it is approved. Your submitted artwork, delivery method, production time and payment information must be approved by our 12:00 noon Eastern Time deadline on business days.
  • The delivery location to be delivered. The estimated transit time is one to six days. (Please note the estimated delivery date on the Product Details page.)

Our production and delivery times are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: Once your order leaves our production facility, we are no longer responsible for delivery issues. That responsibility then falls on the delivery carrier, United Parcel Service (UPS) , the United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL.
We ship all of our products by UPS, the USPS or DHL, depending on the method you choose or the one best suited for your order. A tracking number with letters and numbers that generally begins with “1Z” indicates a UPS shipment. A tracking number with all numbers and typically beginning with “94” is delivered by USPS. A tracking number starting with “93” is likely being handled by DHL.
Yes, we can take requests for drop shipping (delivering to a location that is not your own, ex., delivering directly to a client or customer's location) and can ship multiple products to multiple locations. However, this may incur an additional cost. We require that you send an Excel spreadsheet or Word document with the ship-to addresses and specifications if products are being delivered to more than one location.
Yes, we can accept requests for blind shipping if you indicate it on your order or discuss it with your Account Representative. However, we cannot 100 percent guarantee that your order will ship blind due to the process we use to ship our products.
We urge you to contact your Account Representative for any changes to your barware order. After your order is in production we may not be able to accommodate such requests.
You must contact your Account Representative to make changes to the delivery time for your barware order. After your order is in production we might not be able to fulfill that request.
Unfortunately, we cannot at this time ship orders to Canada but are working to change this in the future.
We ship our products throughout the U.S., including to military APOs. However, due to military requirements and regulations, we cannot guarantee when barware orders will be received. We will guarantee the date the product ships from our facilities.
The arrival date/time of your order depends on several factors:
  • The production time you choose. (Our production time deadline is 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time.)
  • The shipping method and destination chosen by you for your order.
  • The day and time you approve your FREE proof. Production will not begin until your proof is approved.

To monitor the status of your order, please enter your order number and the email address of the person who placed the order.

Production time is the period it takes to produce and print your barware order in our production facility. The estimated time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You must approve your FREE artwork proof and your payment must be processed before 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time before production can begin. The Product Details page for each product will show your current production time options and the estimated shipping date for your barware order, depending on the location it is to be shipped.
Your confirmation email should arrive immediately after you place your order online. Email messages can sometimes be directed to junk/spam folders so please check there if you haven't received your confirmation email in a reasonable time.

Note: Your confirmation email is not considered a confirmation that your order is in production. If you did not approve your order online, you will receive a proof via email that you must confirm and approve before we can proceed with your order.
Certainly! You can order the exact amount you need as long as it is higher than the lowest minimum quantity shown.
Please contact your account representative for any changes you wish to make to your order. You can make changes during the proofing stage but after your order is in production, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
New laws now require that applicable sales tax be applied to online orders. Totally Promotional calculates sales tax at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. The amount of the sales tax charged will be shown in the order confirmation sent to your email. For further information, visit the Sales Tax section in our Terms and Conditions.
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept purchase orders from government agencies, schools and other organizations who have restricted payment options.
We do allow eligible customers to pay via Net 30-Day terms and/or purchase orders. In order to be considered, you need to place an order through our website and choose the "pay later" option so we have the full details of your planned order. Let your assigned Account Manager know that you want to apply for Net 30-Day terms or pay by purchase order, and a form will be sent to you to fill out or you may access it here. Your information must be reviewed and approved before we can proceed with your order. If you want to pay with a purchase order, you must first be approved and are required to send a copy of your signed PO with an amount that matches your online order.
If you place an online order and are given the option to “Approve Design” online, your order is considered finalized when you:
  1. Click “Approve” for the artwork
  2. Enter credit card payment information on the checkout page
  3. Click on “Place Order”

If you choose the Pay Now option at checkout, but were not given the option to approve your design online during the checkout process, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you need to email your Account Manager with approval of your proof. We cannot put this type of order into production until we have written (email) proof approval and have processed your payment.

If you choose the Pay Later option at checkout, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you will need to pay for the order via the payment link that your Account Manager will send you. Once your payment is submitted, it is considered approval of the proof and the order will be sent to production. If proof approval is emailed and payment has not been made, the order cannot be sent to production.
