How much do tablecloths cost?

What are the advantages of a liquid-repellent table cover?
First of all, each of our custom-printed tablecloths at Totally Promotional have liquid-repellent protection built-in! The polyester material is engineered to repel liquids from absorbing into the fabric. This causes liquids to gather in small pools on the table cover instead of soaking into the material. It makes cleanup a breeze at trade shows, food demonstrations and parties.
What size tablecloth should I order?
The size of the table cover you need depends on the size of your table. We have 4-ft., 6-ft. and 8-ft. tablecloths, as well as bar-height styles. Our selection also includes 3-sided table covers. Our 6-ft. table cover throw can be used on an 8-ft. table. See details below.
Does a 6-ft. table cover fit an 8-ft. table?
Yes! Our customizable 6-ft. throw table cover can be used to cover an 8-ft. table. The 6-ft. throw hangs to the floor on every side of a 6-ft. table. On an 8-ft table, it reaches the floor in the front and back and drapes about 1 foot shy of the floor on each side.
What are the benefits of a 3-sided tablecloth?
Our customizable 3-sided tablecloths hang to the floor on three sides and are open to the back. Open-back tablecloths give you easy access to items tucked away beneath the table, such as trade show swag. It also allows you to sit more comfortably behind your table at trade shows and other presentations.
How will my logo or design be printed on my table cover?
Totally Promotional uses dye-sublimation printing on its 300D premium polyester table covers. Heat is used to dye the design directly into the fabric for an image that will remain crisp after repeated use.
We can place your logo, unique design or text on the front, top and sides of your tablecloth in a one-color or full-color imprint. We also offer “all over imprints” that really make an impression!
How does your online order process work?
Our easy online ordering process walks you through each of these steps:
- Choose the overall style you want, such as our custom 6-ft. tablecloth or customizable stretch and fitted table covers.
- Click on the tablecloth that offers the details you want such as a full-color imprint, open back or fitted style.
- Submit your quantity, ZIP code, and production and delivery time preferences.
- Select your product and imprint colors. You will also be asked where you want your imprint.
- Upload your logo, design and/or text right away or email it to us later. We will send you a free digital mockup to approve before we start creating your awesome table cover!
How do I submit my logo or artwork for custom tablecloths?
We prefer you send vector-based files in EPS, AI or PDF format. If sending raster-based images such as JPG, PSD or PNG, choose the actual size it will be imprinted on your table cover at 150 dots per inch. High-resolution files provide the best outcome for imprints.
Do you have a low-cost option for custom table covers?
Yes, we do! Customized table runners are a great alternative when you’re on a tight budget. Our personalized table runners and table banners use the same high-quality materials and professional printing process as custom tablecloths. They also include free delivery and free setup!

How do I clean and remove wrinkles from my table cover?
Our polyester table covers are machine-washable in cold water on the gentle cycle. They can be placed in the dryer on low but we recommend air drying to preserve your design. Do not dry clean; the dry-cleaning process can remove the ink. You can iron your tablecloth on low heat or use a steamer to remove wrinkles.
Polyester table covers are wrinkle-resistant but not wrinkle-free. It’s important to fold and store them properly to reduce wrinkles and keep them looking like new.
