3 New Year’s Eve party dips

New Years Dill Dip

Tasty Dill Dip

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 3 tablespoons grated onion
  • 3 tablespoons dried dill weed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning salt

Directions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon of the dill weed. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle the remaining dill weed on top before serving with crackers or your favorite veggies.

Pina Colada Dip for New Years Eve

Pina Colada Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 small box instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup Extra Creamy Cool Whip
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/4 cup coconut

Directions

In a bowl, use a hand mixer to blend together the pudding mix, Cool Whip and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in the pineapple. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Garnish with coconut and serve with fresh fruit.

Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Super Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 15-oz. jar artichoke hearts (drained, rinsed, chopped)
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Large bread bowl (I use King’s Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To create a cavity for the dip, carve a hole in the top of the bread and scoop out the crumbs. The scooped breadcrumbs can be used for dipping.

In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. The mixture should be smooth. Stir in the artichokes, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne.

Place mixture in the bread bowl cavity. Lightly cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Do not allow the bread to get too crispy.

Sprinkle the top with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve with reserved bread crumbs, carrots, celery or anything else you’d like.
