How to customize your sunglasses
Design your sunglasses with our easy ordering process. After you select the sunglasses you want, you’ll be prompted through these steps:
Step 1: Enter the quantity you need, your Zip code, and production and delivery times. In a hurry? Please choose rush production and delivery options in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Choose your product color(s).
Step 3: Select your imprint color. (This is the color we will use to print your text, logo or other design.)
Step 4: Select the location(s) for your imprint. Depending on the style you choose, the imprint location choices are the right temple, left temple and/or both temples.
Step 5: You can email us your design later, or provide text and upload your logo/design while ordering online. Either way, you will be emailed a free digital mockup showing how your design will look. We won’t send your order to production until you have approved your digital mockup and submitted payment.
What should I print on my sunglasses?
Sunglasses, just like pens, offer very little space for large designs or text. Our experts recommend printing your company name, logo or monogram on your sunglasses. A short inspirational message or clip art also works.
Blank sunglasses fit every budget
Sunglasses without an imprint can also be used for promoting a business or campaign at a very affordable price. Simply attach a gift tag to your sunglasses with your name or message, or place them in customized drawstring bags with other items or information for recipients.
How are custom sunglasses printed?
We use a high-quality pad printing technique to place your imprint on sunglasses. Our standard imprint location for sunglasses is on the right temple, but we do have other imprint areas on certain styles. Imprints on both temples cost extra. Print location information can be found in the product details section for each pair of sunglasses.

Most sunglasses at Totally Promotional have UV400 (ultraviolet) lenses that provide 100 percent UVA and UVB protection. One type of UV radiation harms the back of your eye called the macula, which helps you see clearly. Without proper protection, the sun’s harsh UV rays can cause cataracts, macular degeneration, photokeratitis and many other serious eye conditions.
Health tips: It’s best to choose sunglasses that fit close to the face. It’s also wise to avoid or lessen exposure to the sun during peak UV ray hours from 8-10 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
