An imprint is a design, logo, print or text you upload to us to print on your hand sanitizer labels.
We can print your personal design in 1-color to full-color, depending on the hand sanitizer products you choose.
We prefer that your artwork is uploaded to us in vector files with EPS, AI, PSD or PDF formats. If you do not have those available, please send us the highest resolution file you have.

If your artwork resolution is too low to convert, it may need to be redrawn and additional charges could incur. Converting or redrawing artwork may also extend production time.
You can send us your personal design by uploading it when prompted during the ordering process, or you can email us your artwork later. We accept file formats EPS, AI, PSD or PDF, and sometimes JPG and PNG. Please send the highest resolution file you have available.
We typically keep customer artwork/designs on file for approximately two years.
Our company will never knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and cannot accept liability for copyright infringement when producing your order. Our customers are responsible for providing us artwork that does not violate property rights. Customers must obtain proper permission for the reproduction of all logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.

We will consider but cannot guarantee the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the copyrighted or trademarked design you desire. Our graphic artists can help you create a design to your satisfaction.
Yes you can! A FREE proof will be sent to you via email. After receiving your personal proof, please contact your graphic artist to approve your design or have changes made.
Yes, but please note that our product prices include one artwork/imprint per order. Each design you select or submit to us will be considered a separate order, which can reduce the price break we offer on larger quantities. This policy does not apply to second-side imprints on products such as drinkware and can coolers.
The key active ingredient in most of our hand sanitizers is ethyl alcohol. It is an antiseptic that makes up 62 percent of the ingredients used to make our standard hand sanitizer. We also offer alcohol-free hand sanitizer.
We currently have unscented, lightly scented, citrus, apple blossom, cucumber, vanilla, coconut and lavender.
Our hand sanitizers range in size from .17-oz. Pocket sprays to our big 16-oz. bottles.
All of our hand sanitizers are made in FDA-compliant facilities, and the bottles and caps are BPA-free. Our hand sanitizers are safe for repetitive use to decrease bacteria on the skin. Many studies show that hand sanitizers can reduce the spread of illnesses in places such as schools and daycare facilities.
The CDC urges the public to use hand sanitizers when they do not have access to soap and water and hands are not visibly dirty. Visit the CDC's website for recommendations on keeping hands clean.
We recommend you wash hands thoroughly with our hand sanitizers and allow them to air dry without wiping.
Our hand sanitizers are not recommended for infants. Children under the age of 6 should be supervised by an adult if using hand sanitizer.
The colors you see on your computer monitor or those you print out may not be the true Pantone Matching System Color of our products or imprints because all printers and computer monitors are calibrated in different ways. We urge you request a free sample to confirm colors.
We offer low minimum order requirements for the convenience of all of our customers. The minimum quantity per order for each product is noted on the Product Details page.
A set-up charge covers the cost to set up and create your personal imprint on your hand sanitizers.
The estimated delivery cost for your order will be displayed in Step 1 of the ordering process after you choose your quantity, delivery method and production time, and enter your zip code. The various delivery methods and costs will be shown at that time. Please let your account representative know if you need a special delivery method or have additional delivery instructions.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Your Guaranteed Delivery Date is the date you will receive your order when choosing rush production and/or rush delivery times. This date could change if adjustments are made to the order/artwork after the initial proof, depending on when the order is finalized. Fees for our rush service will be refunded if your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date.

Estimated Delivery Dates
This is the approximate arrival date of your order when using Standard Production and/or Standard Delivery methods. This date could change depending on current production capacity, adjustments to artwork after the initial proof, and when your order is approved and paid. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, we recommend you select rush production and/or rush delivery times.
All of our orders are ground delivered by United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL unless an expedited method is requested to meet a specific event date.
All orders processed by Totally Promotional are ground delivered from our production facilities across the United States, depending on the items you order.
Yes, we can take requests for drop shipping (delivering to a location that is not your own, ex., delivering directly to a client or customer's location) and are able to ship multiple products to multiple locations. This method may prompt an additional cost. Please send an Excel spreadsheet or Word document with the full ship-to addresses and specifications if our products are being delivered to more than one location.
Yes, we can accept requests for blind shipping if you state this on your hand sanitizer order or discuss it with your sales account representative. Please note that we cannot fully guarantee that your order will ship blind due to the process of delivering our products.
We ship orders by UPS, USPS or DHL, depending on the method our customers choose or the one best suited for that particular order. A tracking number with letters and numbers that usually begins with “1Z” indicates a UPS shipment. A tracking number with all numbers that usually begins with “94” is delivered by USPS. A tracking number that begins with “93” is likely delivered by DHL.
We highly recommend that you contact your account representative for any changes to your hand sanitizer order. Once your order is in production, such requests may not be possible.
Not at this time. However, we are working to change this.
Yes we can ship orders to military APOs . However, due to military requirements and regulations, we cannot guarantee the date you will receive the products. We can guarantee the date your hand sanitizers will ship from our facility.
The arrival date of your hand sanitizer order depends on these factors:
  • The production time you choose. Our production deadline is 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time.
  • The delivery method and location you select.
  • The day and time you approve your FREE artwork proof. Production will not begin until your proof is approved.

Normal transit time for orders is one to six days, depending on the delivery location.

When your order leaves our production facility it becomes the responsibility of the designated delivery carrier, United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL.
Production time options for hand sanitizer products are displayed during the ordering process and are based on business days. Your FREE artwork proof must be approved and payment received and processed by 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time before production will begin.
Production time is the period it takes to complete your hand sanitizer order in our production facility. The time is based on regular business days, Monday through Friday.

You must approve your FREE artwork proof and your payment must be received by us and processed by 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time before production can begin. The Product Details page will display your production time options and an estimated delivery date, based on the delivery destination.
You will receive your confirmation email usually within one business day after placing your order online. Please check your junk or spam folders if your confirmation email hasn’t arrived in a reasonable time.

Note: This email is not confirmation that your order has been sent to production. If you did not approve your artwork while placing your order online, you will receive a FREE proof via email that must be approved by you before we can proceed with your order.
Sure! Order the exact amount of hand sanitizers you need as long as it is above the lowest minimum quantity shown.
Please contact your account representative for any changes to your order. Once your order is sent to production it may be difficult to fulfill your request.
New laws now require that applicable sales tax be applied to online orders. Totally Promotional calculates sales tax at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. The amount of the sales tax charged will be shown in the order confirmation sent to your email. For further information, visit the Sales Tax section in our Terms and Conditions.
Totally Promotional accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational facilities and others who must abide by restricted payment methods.
We do allow eligible customers to pay via Net 30-Day terms and/or purchase orders. In order to be considered, you need to place an order through our website and choose the "pay later" option so we have the full details of your planned order. Let your assigned Account Manager know that you want to apply for Net 30-Day terms or pay by purchase order, and a form will be sent to you to fill out or you may access it here. Your information must be reviewed and approved before we can proceed with your order. If you want to pay with a purchase order, you must first be approved and are required to send a copy of your signed PO with an amount that matches your online order.
If you place an online order and are given the option to “Approve Design” online, your order is considered finalized when you:
  1. Click “Approve” for the artwork
  2. Enter credit card payment information on the checkout page
  3. Click on “Place Order”

If you choose the Pay Now option at checkout, but were not given the option to approve your design online during the checkout process, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you need to email your Account Manager with approval of your proof. We cannot put this type of order into production until we have written (email) proof approval and have processed your payment.

If you choose the Pay Later option at checkout, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you will need to pay for the order via the payment link that your Account Manager will send you. Once your payment is submitted, it is considered approval of the proof and the order will be sent to production. If proof approval is emailed and payment has not been made, the order cannot be sent to production.
