Totally Promotional celebrates 25 years in business

COLDWATER, Ohio — Totally Promotional this year is marking 25 years in the promotional products business with a large number of millennials on board.

Sixty-eight percent of the company's staff are millennials who were born between 1982-2000. The average number of millennials at most companies in the U.S. is 40 percent.

Totally Promotional's Chief Operating Officer Lynn Huwer said local millennials have been instrumental in the success of Totally Promotional.

“We have a large number of extremely talented millennials in our area that we've been able to hire,” she explained. “These young workers are full of energy and excited to jump in and do anything they can to contribute to the company. I believe when these employees see our growth and success they take pride and ownership for helping make a difference.”

The company personalizes numerous products for special events, trade shows, weddings and more. The items are available online at TotallyPromotional.com, TotallyWeddingKoozies.com and TotallyKoozies.com.

The company’s newly renovated headquarters is at 450 S. Second St., Coldwater, Ohio.

Company officials are planning several 25th anniversary events throughout 2018, such as an open house. Details will be announced in the coming weeks.

Totally Promotional was founded in 1993 in Celina, Ohio, by owners Tom and Paula Casad. The business, formerly the Casad Company, began as a small copy center before initially entering the promotional products industry solely as a distributor.

Today, Totally Promotional is a leading manufacturer and retailer of custom-imprinted products. In 2016, the company headquarters moved its offices from Celina, Ohio, to the former New Idea building in Coldwater. The contemporary style office space is located adjacent to the company's production facility. Totally Promotional currently employs approximately 200 office and production workers.

Huwer credits the company's ongoing growth and success to all of its hard-working employees.

“We are fortunate to live in an area where a strong work ethic is ingrained into people at a young age,” she said.

Huwer said the company is also grateful for the support of its customers, including those who have counted on Totally Promotional's experienced team for many years.

“We want to thank all of our customers for putting their trust in us. We are honored they chose us to help them add a unique and professional touch to the important events in their lives,” she said.

Totally Promotional prints custom logos, text, images and other designs on wedding favors, banners, bags, lip balm, drinkware, stuffed animals, blankets and more. The company's product line has grown each year to meet the needs of businesses, government agencies and schools, as well as individuals seeking unique party supplies for graduations, birthdays and anniversary celebrations.

Totally Promotional was founded in 1993 and is one of the country's leading retailers and manufacturers of imprinted promotional products.
