Design your artwork in our Artwork Template gallery in the Product Details section for each item, or email customerservice@totallypromotional.com with the item number to request a specific template.
Have your fonts converted to Outlines in Adobe Illustrator or embedded in the image.
Minimum font size is 6 pts.
Minimum font size for reversed out text (light text on dark background) is 7 pts.
Minimum line thickness is 1 pt. (Can be checked in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or other programs)
TIPS
On clear labels/colored lip balm orders, we recommend dark, bold colored imprints for maximum visibility.
PRINTING PROCESS
Lip balm tubes are imprinted via digital printing. The process uses a large-scale digital printer to apply the print with ink directly onto labels that are then affixed to the lip balm tubes.
