  • What is the most frequent question customers have when placing an order?
    Our most frequently asked question from customers is about the status of their order. We advise customers to use the Track Your Order form at the bottom of the home page at, or contact their account representative.

  • Can a customer order a quantity other than the amounts listed in the Quantity/Price graph?
    A customer can order any amount they want for most items as long as it is above the minimum quantity for the product chosen.

  • What is the difference between estimated delivery and guaranteed delivery options?
    The estimated delivery option gives customers the approximate arrival date of their order when using standard production and/or standard delivery methods. This date is subject to change depending on production capacity, artwork adjustments and other factors. The guaranteed delivery option gives the date your order will arrive when choosing rush production and/or rush delivery times. This date could change due to holidays or adjustments to the order after the initial proof is approved. If the date changes, fees for the rush service are refunded.

  • Can Totally Promotional print my favorite team logo on products?
    We are not permitted to reproduce copyrighted or licensed material unless the customer provides us with legal permission to do so from the owner of the copyright or license. We will consider, but cannot guarantee, the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the design requested.

  • What is the difference between foam and neoprene can coolers?
    Foam can coolers are made from polyurethane foam, a very economical material. Foam can coolers are the most common type. Neoprene can coolers are made from thick neoprene that resembles wet-suit material. It is not as porous as foam material.
