Meet Kara

Hello. My name is Kara and I started working at Totally Promotional in 2015. I began in our production facility printing can coolers before taking my current position in our Help Desk as a Customer Service Representative. The most important part of my job is assisting the customers firsthand by answering their telephone calls when they have questions about our products or wish to place an order. I also correspond with customers via email and through our live chat service, and I assign new orders to our Sales Account Representatives.

I am the proud fur mommy to my pit bull mix, Athena, and my cat, Stella. They are so much fun and provide tons of entertainment! Athena is a rescue dog that I adopted when she was 3 months old. She has a slight Frisbee addiction and carries it with her everywhere. She has slowed down a little over the years but still loves to jump in the air to catch her Frisbee! I found Stella when she was around 6 weeks old. Even though I had two other cats at the time, she found her forever home with me. Today you will find her in her favorite spot, which is sitting on her perch in the window watching the birds.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors. I love to go hiking, camping, kayaking, bike riding and storm watching. Someday I would like to hike the Appalachian Trail. I am also a certified EMT-Basic in the state of Ohio and volunteer with the local EMS.
