Meet Lorraine

Hello! I’m Lorraine and I have been working in production at Totally Promotional for about five and a half years. I have watched and experienced the company grow tremendously during the past couple years! I remember when I first started; there were only 10 to 15 employees in the Coldwater, Ohio, building. We were all located in one corner. Now, five and a half years later, we occupy a lot more space and employ many more employees! Our office staff now occupies a newly renovated space in the same building, and just recently expanded into the north wing. And we’re still growing!

I am the Packing Supervisor at Totally and I’m in charge of supervising the packing personnel. I make sure all can coolers are packed neatly and correctly in a timely manner. I also answer quality concerns and issues. Another task of mine is to ensure all expedited and must-ship can coolers are packed and brought to shipping on time.

The favorite part of my job is motivating packers to make rate while maintaining Totally Promotional’s high quality standards, goals and requirements.

Outside of work, I spend time with my husband of 17 years, Kevin Klingshirn. We have a handsome son who is 16 years old. My, has time flown by! Some of my hobbies and interests include scrapbooking, attending my son’s football games and other sporting events, volunteering at school, and my personal favorite, traveling with my family and friends!
