For best quality output on banners, we recommend that you do not flatten any vector artwork with your background images/photographs/raster artwork. This can cause dulling of colors and unexpected/undesired printing results. Please supply the artwork with the layers intact and vector portions with PMS Solid Coated Colors for the artwork if you are able. If you need guidance or suggestions on how to correctly set up your artwork, please call Customer Service at 1-866-795-4657 and they will be able to help you.

Design the banner for the Total Printed Area This will ensure the design covers the full canvas and there will not be white space around the edges.
Use the Red Line margins as a reference ONLY when designing. This is the area that will remain once the banner is mounted into the banner stand.
Do not place any text/logos outside the Green Dashed Line. This is the Safe Margin.
Have your background color or image run the full length of the file.
DO NOT leave white space inside the margins, it will show when the banner is mounted inside the stand.

Customizing a design FAQ

How do I move my text left or right?

Simply add a space(s) before and/or after your text by using the space bar on your keyboard when entering text into a specific field.

How do I delete a text field from my design?

If you do not want to include a certain text field on your design, simply leave the field blank/empty.

Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "View Design" button to preview how your design will look.

How do I make my text smaller?

Making the appearance of your text in any field smaller can be done by adding equal amounts of space before and after the specific text. You can use the space bar on your keyboard to add these spaces.

For example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, simply add a space before and after "Kim."

Please note that we do have a maximum character limit and minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.

How do I make my text larger?

Due to how the text conforms to fit within the available text area, you currently cannot make your text larger. If you would like your text to be larger, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design accordingly and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if my text is overlapping the design or another text field?

You can try changing your text to all capital letters, or add spaces before and/or after your text to move it to the right or left to avoid overlapping. If you still cannot get the design you love, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if I want my names or other text switched in two of your text fields?

If you would like to switch the information that you are prompted to give in the text fields, simply type the names where you want them to appear.

How can I change a text field or add an additional text field?

You cannot change and/or add any additional text fields at this time. However, you can input different text than we have labeled.

What can I do if my names do not fit in the design or they size down too small?

If possible, try a shorter version of your name or a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim." If you do not want to shorten your names or cannot get the design to work with your names, click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design for you and send you a proof to approve.

Please note that your credit card is not charged until after you approve your proof and the order goes into production.

Provide your guests with our Metallic Tahiti Sunglasses! Made of polycarbonate material, these customizable sunglasses feature UV400 lenses that offer 100% UVA and UVB protection! Create a one color logo from any of our 25 ink colors, which will be printed on the temple. These Metallic Tahiti Glasses are available in four shiny colors, sure to leave an impression!
Price includes a one color imprint on the right or left temple. Standard position is on the left temple. Print on both temples for an additional charge.

The minimum amount of sunglasses a customer must purchase depends on the item selected. The required minimum will be shown on the Product Details page.

Can I get help with my sunglasses order?

Yes! We urge you to Live Chat with one of our employees or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-795-4657 if you need help with your sunglasses order. You also may check the status of your order by entering your order number and the email address of the person who placed it with us. Your order information and its status will be displayed.

Do your sunglasses provide protection from the sun?

Most of our sunglasses have UV400 (ultraviolet) lenses that provide 100 percent protection against UVA and UVB radiation.

Where will my design be printed on my sunglasses?

The standard placement for imprints on our sunglasses is along the right temple. However, imprints are available on other areas of our sunglasses. Specific imprint location options can be found on the Product Details page for each item.

How do I order multiple colors of sunglasses?

Simply select the number of sunglasses you would like. The minimum amount for each style is listed on the Product Details page. Then choose the product colors; you can order a maximum of four product colors per sunglasses order.

Can I get a proof for the design on my sunglasses order?

We will send you a FREE artwork proof by email, usually the same day you complete your online sunglasses order, depending on the time of day we receive it. After you receive the proof, you should contact your graphic artist for any changes you wish to make to the design.

When will I receive my sunglasses order?

The arrival date of your order is dependent upon,

the day and time your sunglasses order is approved. Your artwork, shipping method and payment information must be approved by 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, but not holidays.

All of our production and shipping times are based on business days. Note: Once your order leaves our production facility, we are no longer responsible for delivery issues.
