The $79 setup charge includes embroidery up to 7,000 stitches. Additional charges apply to designs exceeding 7,000 stitches. Our adult hats are one-size-fits-most. Most of our styles have adjustable closures to achieve a perfect fit.
Adjustable straps with hook and loop closures are two pieces of material with tiny loops and hooks that cling to each other when pressed together. We also offer hats with adjustable plastic snap-tab closures.
A structured crown has a buckram or liner inside the front to provide a rigid form to the hat. Unstructured hats have a more casual feel.
Every hat has five to six panels that are sewn together to make the dome that covers the head.
