Have your fonts converted to Outlines in Adobe Illustrator or embedded in the image.
Minimum font size is 12 pts.
Minimum font size for reversed out text (light text on dark background) is 15 pts.
Minimum line thickness is 1 pt. (Can be checked in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or other programs)

Printing large blocks of ink with artwork reversed out is not recommended for plates.

PRINTING PROCESS
Plates are imprinted via pad printing. The process involves printing the image onto a metal plate where ink is applied. A rubber stamp then picks up the ink in the shape of the image and stamps it onto the plates.
