- The arrival date/time of your order depends on several factors:
- •The production time chosen by you. (The production deadline is 11. a.m. Eastern Time.)
- •The shipping method and destination selected by you.
- •The day and time your FREE design proof is approved. Production will not start until your proof has been approved.
- * Our production and shipping times are based on business days. Totally Promotional's production days are Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
- To find out the status of your order, simply enter your product order number along with the email address of the person who placed it.
+ Can I get help with the customized order I wish to place?
- Of course! You can Live Chat with one of our friendly account representatives or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-795-4657 for assistance. You also can check the status of your order by entering your order number and the email address of the person who placed it. Your order information and status will be shown.
+ Will you have the quantity of custom products I need in stock?
- Some of our closeout and sale items may be limited in quantity. You will be notified shortly after we receive your online order if it cannot be filled due to stock limitations.
+ Can I get a proof for the imprint on my products?
- Yes. We will send you a FREE proof via email, usually the same day you complete your online order, depending on the time of day we receive it. After you receive the FREE proof, we suggest you contact your graphic artist for any changes you wish to make.
+ How much will it cost to ship my custom products order?
- Your estimated shipping cost will be shown on the first page of your order after choosing a quantity, entering your zip code and selecting a shipping method and production time. We offer free ground shipping on many items to locations in the Continental United States.
- If a special shipping method is needed or you have special shipping instructions, please inform your account representative.
+ When will I receive my promotional products order?
- The arrival date of your order is based upon,
- •the day and time your order is approved. Your artwork, shipping method and payment information must be approved by our deadline of 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- •the shipping location. The estimated shipping and delivery dates are available on the Product Details page.
- All of our production and shipping times are based on business days.
- Note: After your order leaves our production facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier, United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL.

How to Use the Customize A Design Option
+ How do I move my text left or right?
- Simply add a space(s) before and/or after your text by using the space bar on your keyboard when entering text into a specific field.
+ How do I delete a text field from my design?
- If you do not want to include a certain text field on your design, simply leave the field blank/empty.
- Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "View Design" button to preview how your design will look.
+ How do I make my text smaller?
- Making the appearance of your text in any field smaller can be done by adding equal amounts of space before and after the specific text. You can use the space bar on your keyboard to add these spaces.
- For example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, simply add a space before and after "Kim."
- Please note that we do have a maximum character limit and minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.
+ How do I make my text larger?
- Due to how the text conforms to fit within the available text area, you currently cannot make your text larger. If you would like your text to be larger, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design accordingly and send you a proof to approve.
+ What can I do if my text is overlapping the design or another text field?
- You can try changing your text to all capital letters, or add spaces before and/or after your text to move it to the right or left to avoid overlapping. If you still cannot get the design you love, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design and send you a proof to approve.
+ What can I do if I want my names or other text switched in two of your text fields?
- If you would like to switch the information that you are prompted to give in the text fields, simply type the names where you want them to appear.
+ How can I change a text field or add an additional text field?
- You cannot change and/or add any additional text fields at this time. However, you can input different text than we have labeled.
+ What can I do if my names do not fit in the design or they size down too small?
- If possible, try a shorter version of your name or a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim." If you do not want to shorten your names or cannot get the design to work with your names, click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design for you and send you a proof to approve.
- Please note that your credit card is not charged until after you approve your proof and the order goes into production.
