We do not offer specific programs or special discounts for charitable organizations or military personnel. However, please submit your request to our Customer Service Department and we will let you know if we can help in any way. has samples available to customers upon request. An imprint is the name, logo or other type of design you choose to place on the promotional items you choose.
First, choose the item you want, enter a quantity and your zip code, and select a production and delivery time. Next, select the product color(s) and imprint colors. Next, upload your own custom artwork or email it to us at a later time. Files we prefer to receive are EPS, AI and PDF vector formats; JPG and PNG files can sometimes be accepted. Please send us the highest resolution file you have available.

If your art resolution is too low to convert, we may have to redraw it. Additional charges could incur depending on the complexity of the design. This also could extend production time. We can typeset text and create simple artwork at no charge.
Very detailed artwork does not print well on smaller items because of the reduced size of the imprint area. If we cannot use the artwork you selected, we will try to provide you with other options.
Of course! You can get free expert art advice from one of our trained graphic artists.
We typically keep artwork/designs on file for approximately two years.
We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept any liability for copyright infringement during the production of your tech/mobile order. Customers must ensure their artwork does not infringe on anyone's property rights, and are responsible for obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.

We will consider but cannot guarantee the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the copyrighted or trademarked design you want. Our graphic artists may be able to help you create a design that works for you. For more information, read our policy on Trademarks Submitted To Us.
We have over 250 fonts to choose from for your imprint in our Font Selection page. If you want to use your own font, you must convert it to outlines (graphics) in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or a similar program before sending it to us. We have other fonts in our large library that are not shown in our font selection list; you can submit your favorite font name and we will use it if we have it, or we can search for something similar.
Yes. We will send a FREE proof to you via email. After receiving your proof, we ask that you contact your graphic artist to approve your design or have changes made.
We offer many different styles and sizes of portable charges that are compatible with most mobile phones and devices. However, we suggest you read the Product Details section for each item and use our “enlarge” image feature to determine if a specific charger will fit your devices.
Batteries and charging cords are included with some of our power banks, but not all. That information and the amount of electrical output for each can be found in the Product Details pages.
We recommend you use a soft cloth and mild detergent to spot clean all of the products we offer that are made with neoprene material.
Our phone stands and holders are designed to fit the most popular phones on the market. Please read the dimensions in the Product Details section of each style to determine an appropriate fit for you.
Each of our phone wallets are designed to snugly hold the amount of credit cards and dollar bills the average person carries with him or her at one time.
Our headphones and earbuds are designed to fit most adults. Due to the various styles we offer, we suggest you read the Product Details section for dimensions.
Most of our wireless headphones and earbuds come with rechargeable batteries and charging cords. The Product Details section for each product contains specifics on batteries and cords.
Our earbud cords differ for each product, but range in length from 27 to 49 inches. The measurements for each can be found in the Product Details section.
We suggest you hand wash dirty microfiber cloths with cool or warm water, rubbing the cloth between your fingers to help release the dirt. Rinse well and let the cloth air-dry. Do not use soap or fabric softener.
Yes we offer several different styles of wireless/Bluetooth speakers. You can browse our selection here.
Our Bluetooth speakers can be paired with most Bluetooth-enabled devices such as phones, tablets, computers, game consoles and TVs.
Depending on the product, we use pad printing, screen-printing, laser engraving and a four-color direct print process.
The colors that appear on your computer monitor or on a copy that you print out will not give you the exact Pantone Matching System Color of our tech/mobile items or imprints because each printer and monitor are calibrated differently. Depending on the tech product, you may be able to request a sample.
Yes, there is a setup charge applied to most of our customized tech/mobile products. Setup charges are assessed to cover the cost of creating a screen, plate or other equipment used to create imprints on products.
The estimated delivery cost for your tech/mobile order will be shown in Step 1 of the ordering process after you have submitted the required information. Please let your account representative know if you need a certain delivery method or have special delivery instructions.
Our orders are ground delivered to customers by United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL.
Customers can receive their orders quicker by choosing a rush production and/or delivery time. By selecting this option during the ordering process, the delivery date will change from "estimated" to "guaranteed." Rush fees will be refunded if your tech/mobile order does not arrive on the guaranteed delivery date.
If you select standard production and standard delivery for your tech/mobile order, you will be given an estimated delivery date during check-out. This date may change, depending on when you approve and pay for your order, current production times and any adjustments to artwork after the initial proof. If you need your order by a guaranteed date, choose one of our rush production or rush delivery methods.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Your Guaranteed Delivery Date is the date you will receive your tech/mobile order when choosing rush production and/or rush delivery times. Fees for our rush service will be refunded if your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date.

Estimated Delivery Dates
This is the approximate arrival date of your tech/mobile order when using standard production and/or standard delivery methods. This date could change depending on current production times, adjustments to artwork after the initial proof, and when your order is approved and paid. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, we recommend you select rush production and/or rush delivery times.
Most of the orders we process are ground delivered from our production facilities in the United States.
Yes, we take requests for drop shipping (delivery to a location that is not your own, ex., delivering directly to a client or customer's location) and can deliver your tech/mobile items to multiple locations. This may incur additional costs. Please send an Excel spreadsheet or Word document to use with the full deliver-to addresses and specifications if your tech or mobile products are sent to more than one location.
We deliver tech and mobile items by UPS, the USPS and DHL, depending on the method you choose or the one that is best suited for your particular order. A tracking number with letters and numbers beginning with “1Z” indicates a UPS delivery. A tracking number with all numbers beginning with “94” likely was delivered by the USPS. A tracking number starting with “93” is likely handled by DHL.
We strongly suggest you contact your account representative if you want to make any changes to your order. After it is in production we may not be able to fulfill requests.
At this time we cannot deliver any of our products to Canada or outside the Continental United States, but we are working to change this.
Yes we do! We deliver tech and mobile items throughout the U.S., including to military APOs. However, due to military requirements and regulations, we cannot guarantee the date you will receive your tech or mobile order.
If you place an online order and are given the option to “Approve Design” online, your order is considered finalized when you:
  1. Click “Approve” for the artwork
  2. Enter credit card payment information on the checkout page
  3. Click on “Place Order”

If you choose the Pay Now option at checkout, but were not given the option to approve your design online during the checkout process, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you need to email your Account Manager with approval of your proof. We cannot put this type of order into production until we have written (email) proof approval and have processed your payment.

If you choose the Pay Later option at checkout, you will be assigned to an Account Manager who will email you a proof and sales order to review. To finalize this type of order, you will need to pay for the order via the payment link that your Account Manager will send you. Once your payment is submitted, it is considered approval of the proof and the order will be sent to production. If proof approval is emailed and payment has not been made, the order cannot be sent to production.
You can find out the status of your order by entering your tech/mobile order number and the email address of the individual who placed it with us.
The date your tech/mobile items will arrive is based on several factors:
  1. The production time you select
  2. Delivery method and destination
  3. Our order deadline, which is 12 p.m. Noon ET

Once your tech order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for delivery mishaps. That responsibility falls upon the delivery carriers, United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL.

Please note: Our production and delivery times are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Production time options for most of our promotional items are found in Step 1 of the ordering process, and are based on our business days. Your FREE artwork proof must be approved and your payment must be received and processed by 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time before production on your order will start.

In Step 1, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on the production method you choose. If you need your order by a specific date, please choose our guaranteed delivery date option.
Production time is the period it will take to complete your entire tech/mobile order in our production facility, based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We must approve your FREE artwork proof and your payment must be received and processed by our 12 p.m. Noon Eastern Time deadline before production of your tech items can begin. Step 1 of the ordering process will display an estimated delivery date, based on the production time, delivery method and delivery destination you choose.
You will receive a confirmation email soon after placing your tech/mobile order online. Email sometimes ends up in junk or spam folders so please check there if your confirmation email hasn’t arrived in a reasonable time.

Note: This email is not confirmation that your tech/mobile order is in production. If you did not approve your artwork during the online process, you should receive a proof via email that must be approved by you before we can proceed with your tech products order.
We can serve you faster if you fill out our Place A Ticket warranty form to address questions about your tech/mobile order, regardless of its delivery status. An agent with our Warranty Department will contact you as quickly as possible to resolve any issues. We suggest you contact your account representative as early as possible for any changes to your tech/mobile order. Once your order is in production it may be difficult to accommodate requests.
Yes! You can order the exact amount of tech/mobile items you need as long as it is above the lowest minimum quantity shown.
You can find the minimum amount of tech/mobile items you must order in the Quantity/Price graph in Step 1 for each product. The amount varies per product.
Unfortunately we do not due to the very strict restrictions when fulfilling orders for those organizations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We accept most U.S.-based credit cards, including Discover, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept purchase orders for tech items from qualifying groups, businesses and government agencies that have restricted payment options.
We do allow eligible customers to pay via Net 30-Day terms and/or purchase orders. In order to be considered, you need to place a tech/mobile order through our website and choose the "pay later" option so we have the full details of your planned order. Let your assigned Account Manager know that you want to apply for Net 30-Day terms or pay by purchase order, and a form will be sent to you to fill out. You also have the option of completing the form online. Your information must be reviewed and approved before we can proceed with your tech order. If you want to pay with a purchase order, you must first be approved and are required to send a copy of your signed PO with an amount that matches your online order.
