+ How long will it take to complete my tech/mobile order?
- Production time options for most of our promotional items are found in Step 1 of the ordering process, and are based on our business days. Your FREE artwork proof must be approved and your payment must be received and processed by 11 a.m. Eastern Time before production on your order will start.
- In Step 1, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on the production method you choose. If you need your order by a specific date, please choose our guaranteed delivery date option.
+ Can I order different amounts of tech/mobile items than those listed in your Quantity/Price graph?
- Yes! You can order the exact amount of tech/mobile items you need as long as it is above the lowest minimum quantity shown.
+ Are your portable chargers compatible with all mobile phones and other digital devices?
- We offer many different styles and sizes of portable charges that are compatible with most mobile phones and devices. However, we suggest you read the Product Details section for each item and use our “enlarge” image feature to determine if a specific charger will fit your devices.
+ Do your phone stands and holders fit all types of phones?
- Our phone stands and holders are designed to fit the most popular phones on the market. Please read the dimensions in the Product Details section of each style to determine an appropriate fit for you.
+ Do your headphones come with batteries?
- Most of our wireless headphones and earbuds come with rechargeable batteries and charging cords. The Product Details section for each product contains specifics on batteries and cords.
+ Do you have wireless/Bluetooth speakers?
- Yes we offer several different styles of wireless/Bluetooth speakers. You can browse our selection here.
+ How do I send you the imprint I want on my tech/mobile products?
- First, choose the item you want, enter a quantity and your zip code, and select a production and delivery time. Next, select the product color(s) and imprint colors. Next, upload your own custom artwork or email your artwork to us at a later time. Files we prefer to receive are EPS, AI and PDF vector formats; JPG and PNG files can sometimes be accepted. Please send us the highest resolution file you have available.
- If your art resolution is too low to convert, we may have to redraw it. Additional charges could incur depending on the complexity of the design. This also could extend production time. We can typeset text and create simple artwork at no charge.
+ Can I use copyrighted or licensed material for my tech/mobile imprint?
- We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept any liability for copyright infringement during the production of your tech/mobile order. Customers must ensure their artwork does not infringe on anyone's property rights, and are responsible for obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.
- We will consider but cannot guarantee the use of submitted artwork that is similar to the copyrighted or trademarked design you want. Our graphic artists may be able to help you create a design that works for you. For more information, read our policy on Trademarks Submitted To Us.
+ What is your Guaranteed and Estimated Delivery Dates policy?
- Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Your Guaranteed Delivery Date is the date you will receive your tech/mobile order when choosing rush production and/or rush delivery times. Fees for our rush service will be refunded if your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date. - Estimated Delivery Dates
This is the approximate arrival date of your tech/mobile order when using standard production and/or standard delivery methods. This date could change depending on current production times, adjustments to artwork after the initial proof, and when your order is approved and paid. If you need a guaranteed arrival date, we recommend you select rush production and/or rush delivery times.

How to Use the Customize A Design Option
+ How do I move my text left or right?
- Simply add a space(s) before and/or after your text by using the space bar on your keyboard when entering text into a specific field.
+ How do I delete a text field from my design?
- If you do not want to include a certain text field on your design, simply leave the field blank/empty.
- Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "View Design" button to preview how your design will look.
+ How do I make my text smaller?
- Making the appearance of your text in any field smaller can be done by adding equal amounts of space before and after the specific text. You can use the space bar on your keyboard to add these spaces.
- For example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, simply add a space before and after "Kim."
- Please note that we do have a maximum character limit and minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.
+ How do I make my text larger?
- Due to how the text conforms to fit within the available text area, you currently cannot make your text larger. If you would like your text to be larger, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design accordingly and send you a proof to approve.
+ What can I do if my text is overlapping the design or another text field?
- You can try changing your text to all capital letters, or add spaces before and/or after your text to move it to the right or left to avoid overlapping. If you still cannot get the design you love, please click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design and send you a proof to approve.
+ What can I do if I want my names or other text switched in two of your text fields?
- If you would like to switch the information that you are prompted to give in the text fields, simply type the names where you want them to appear.
+ How can I change a text field or add an additional text field?
- You cannot change and/or add any additional text fields at this time. However, you can input different text than we have labeled.
+ What can I do if my names do not fit in the design or they size down too small?
- If possible, try a shorter version of your name or a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim." If you do not want to shorten your names or cannot get the design to work with your names, click the "Add Special Request" button on the cart page and one of our talented graphic designers will alter the design for you and send you a proof to approve.
- Please note that your credit card is not charged until after you approve your proof and the order goes into production.
