You will receive a digital mockup of your logo or artwork from our designers. You must review and approve it before it can be sent to production for printing.

Artwork Information

For best quality output on banners, we recommend that you do not flatten any vector artwork with your background images/photographs/raster artwork. This can cause dulling of colors and unexpected/undesired printing results. Please supply the artwork with the layers intact and vector portions with PMS Solid Coated Colors for the artwork if you are able. If you need guidance or suggestions on how to correctly set up your artwork, please call Customer Service at 1-866-795-4657 and they will be able to help you.

Design the banner for the Total Printed Area This will ensure the design covers the full canvas and there will not be white space around the edges.
Use the Red Line margins as a reference ONLY when designing. This is the area that will remain once the banner is mounted into the banner stand.
Do not place any text/logos outside the Green Dashed Line. This is the Safe Margin.
Have your background color or image run the full length of the file.
DO NOT leave white space inside the margins, it will show when the banner is mounted inside the stand.

Customizing a design FAQ

How do I move my text left or right?

Simply add a space(s) before and/or after your text by using the space bar on your keyboard when entering text into a specific field.

How do I delete a text field from my design?

If you do not want to include a certain text field on your design, simply leave the field blank/empty.

Your design will appear exactly how you type it in the fields. You can click the "View Design" button to preview how your design will look.

How do I make my text smaller?

Making the appearance of your text in any field smaller can be done by adding equal amounts of space before and after the specific text. You can use the space bar on your keyboard to add these spaces.

For example, if you would like the name "Kim" to be smaller in size, simply add a space before and after "Kim."

Please note that we do have a maximum character limit and minimum text size. If you exceed any of these limits, you will receive an error message.

How do I make my text larger?

Due to how the text conforms to fit within the available text area, you currently cannot make your text larger. If you would like your text to be larger, please note this as a special request and one of our talented graphic designers will make the adjustment and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if my text is overlapping the design or another text field?

You can try changing your text to all capital letters, or add spaces before and/or after your text to move it to the right or left to avoid overlapping. If you still cannot get the design you love, please describe the desired changes as a special request and one of our graphic designers will adjust it for you and send you a proof to approve.

What can I do if I want my names or other text switched in two of your text fields?

If you would like to switch the information that you are prompted to give in the text fields, simply type the names where you want them to appear.

How can I change a text field or add an additional text field?

You cannot change and/or add any additional text fields at this time. However, you can input different text than we have labeled.

What can I do if my names do not fit in the design or they size down too small?

If possible, try a shorter version of your name or a nickname. For example, "Kimberly" could be shortened to "Kim." If you do not want to shorten your names or cannot get the design to work with your names, describe your desired design changes as a special request in the order process and one of our graphic artists will make the adjustment and send you a proof to approve.

Please note that your credit card is not charged until after you approve your proof and the order goes into production.

Will the colors of my stuffed animals be the same as they appear on my computer screen?

The colors you see on your computer screen or what you print from your computer will not be the exact Pantone Matching System Color of our products or imprints because calibration varies on all printers and monitors. To ensure you're getting the color you want, we suggest you request a sample.

What is the minimum amount of stuffed animals I can order?

The minimum amount of stuffed animals you can order is displayed on the Product Details page for each item. Depending on the style, the minimum is either 72 or 144.

Will my stuffed animals order carry a set-up charge?

Yes, unless you order them without an imprint (blank). The Product Details page will show the set-up charge for the items you select.
A set-up charge is the cost associated with creating a screen, plate or other fixture used to imprint your name, logo or artwork on a product.

Will I be charged sales tax for the products I purchase online from Totally Promotional?

New laws now require that applicable sales tax be applied to online orders. Totally Promotional calculates sales tax at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable state and local laws. The amount of the sales tax charged will be shown in the order confirmation sent to your email. For further information, visit the Sales Tax section in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I receive a proof for the imprint on the stuffed animals I ordered?

Yes! You will receive a FREE artwork proof via email, usually the same day you complete your stuffed animals order online, depending on the time of day it is received. After you receive your FREE proof, we urge you to please contact your graphic artist to approve it or have your desired changes made.
