Totally Promotional is a promotional products manufacturer who has immediate openings for full-time team members in our Coldwater, OH production facility. These factory positions offer a great light-duty, entry level role for someone wanting a change of career or atmosphere.  All positions are first shift and offer career advancement opportunities.

Location:  Coldwater - Mercer County, Ohio

Production Team Member responsibilities may include:

• Screen printing machine operation
• Order preparation and machine setup
• Screen preparation and cleaning
• Packing and shipping of orders
• Properly completing all required paperwork
• Promoting a safe, quality, and productive work environment for all team members
• Maintaining a satisfactory rate of production
• Maintaining a good attendance record and report to work on time.
• Performing related duties as apparent or assigned.

Schedule (Day Shift Only):

• Monday-Thursday 7:00A-4:00P
• Friday 8:00A-12:00P
• Overtime Monday-Friday 6:00A-4:00P
• Saturdays may be required March through October.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs at times
• Manual dexterity as needed to operate and utilize a variety of equipment and tools

We are looking for a Digital Designer to work with our team of Marketing professionals to create logos and editing images for our e-commerce site.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Photoshop to resize and edit images
• Work with Adobe Illustrator to setup artwork and logos
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Friday 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
• Ability to interpret artwork instructions
• Be a team player but be able to work independently too
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
