You will receive a digital mockup of your logo or artwork from our designers. You must review and approve it before it can be sent to production for printing.

Artwork Information

For best quality output on banners, we recommend that you do not flatten any vector artwork with your background images/photographs/raster artwork. This can cause dulling of colors and unexpected/undesired printing results. Please supply the artwork with the layers intact and vector portions with PMS Solid Coated Colors for the artwork if you are able. If you need guidance or suggestions on how to correctly set up your artwork, please call Customer Service at 1-866-795-4657 and they will be able to help you.

Design the banner for the Total Printed Area This will ensure the design covers the full canvas and there will not be white space around the edges.
Use the Red Line margins as a reference ONLY when designing. This is the area that will remain once the banner is mounted into the banner stand.
Do not place any text/logos outside the Green Dashed Line. This is the Safe Margin.
Have your background color or image run the full length of the file.
DO NOT leave white space inside the margins, it will show when the banner is mounted inside the stand.

Will your custom hats fit me?

Our adult hats are one-size-fits-most. Most of our styles have adjustable closures to achieve a perfect fit.

What are adjustable straps with hook and loop closures?

Adjustable straps with hook and loop closures are two pieces of material with tiny loops and hooks that cling to each other when pressed together. We also offer hats with adjustable plastic snap-tab closures.

What are structured and unstructured crowns?

A structured crown has a buckram or liner inside the front to provide a rigid form to the hat. Unstructured hats have a more casual feel.

What are the panels of a hat?

Every hat has five to six panels that are sewn together to make the dome that covers the head.

Can I place my favorite team’s logo on my hats?

We cannot use trademarked or copyrighted logos or artwork without the owner’s permission. It is solely our customers’ responsibility to obtain legal permission for such designs before we can print them on our products.
