The ounce (oz.) measurement for each of our T-shirts refers to the weight of the fabric per square yard. Fabric weight indicates what qualities and benefits the shirt material may have:

Expert Tips for Making Your Custom Logo T-Shirt
- Starting from scratch? No problem! Choose Upload Logo/Design when you have reached Artwork Options in the customization. In this section, you may browse through and choose from our clip art and fonts libraries. Add your text and design ideas for our graphic designer to use in the creation of your artwork in this section.
- Use imprint ink colors that are easy to see on the shirt color you’ve chosen. Choose colors that contrast and stand out from one another. This means using lighter imprint inks for dark shirts and vice versa.
- Keep your central message in mind when creating your design. Avoid using distracting fonts and busy artwork to strike a good visual balance. Custom T-shirts are frequently seen in passing, so keep your design easy to read.
- Follow our Artwork Requirements when uploading your file. Certain file types, such as AI, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG, are preferred to create a high-quality design. If you don’t have artwork files reach out to us when placing your online order. You can also opt to receive a reminder email at a later date to submit your design.

How much do custom T-shirts cost?
You can order cheap custom T-shirts with your logo or design for less than $5 each! Buy promotional T-shirts in bulk for extra savings. Your price will depend on the shirt style, quantity ordered and imprint specifications.
Do you offer free delivery on personalized T-shirts?
All of our T-shirts come with free delivery. If you choose standard delivery, you will receive free shipping on your order. If you would like faster delivery, you can choose our one-, two- or three-day delivery, which includes an additional cost.
How do I design my T-shirts?
In Step 4 of the online ordering process, you will be asked to upload your artwork to us in our online design tool or email it later. We prefer you send AI files but we also accept EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files. Please send high-resolution files to create the best imprint. We will send you a free artwork proof via email that must be approved by you before your order is sent to production. Ask our graphic designers for expert help in making your design!
What is the minimum number of T-shirts I can order?
You can order as few as six T-shirts in most of the styles we carry. Our minimum order requirement varies depending on the T-shirt style. The minimum order for each shirt is shown in the Quantity/Price graph in Step 1 of the online ordering process
What shirt sizes do you offer?
We have a wide variety of shirt sizes available, ranging from XS to 6XL. The sizes available will depend on the product you choose. Check out our women’s T-shirts for a more tailored fit for the ladies in your group. Kids’ T-shirts are available for your youngsters!
