How do I design my custom table cover?

Designing a table cover at Totally Promotional is easy. Choose your desired style, quantity, production and delivery time, and enter your ZIP code. Next, select your product and imprint color. We offer dozens of colors! Choose from our options for a one-color print or full-color print to show off your logo. Upload your custom design, describe your design idea or email us later. You'll receive a free artwork proof to approve via email before your products are created and prepped for delivery.

What size tablecloth do I need?

The size table cover you need will depend on the size of your table. Totally Promotional offers 4-ft., 6-ft., 8-ft. and bar height table covers. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a 6-ft. throw table cover. This is a versatile, flat cloth that will hang to the floor on all four sides of a 6-ft. table. It also will reach the floor in the front and back when draped across an 8-ft. table, leaving a 12-inch shortage on each end.

How are custom table covers printed?

Our 300D premium polyester table covers are dye sublimated and ideal for trade show displays, career fair booths and more. Dye sublimation is a printing process that uses heat to dye the design directly into the polyester fabric, creating a vibrant, crisp image that will withstand repeated use. Since digital printing is used in the dye sublimation process, the colors and options are endless for your custom table cover.

How do I care for my custom tablecloth?

To freshen up or clean your customized tablecloth, simply machine wash it separately on a gentle cycle or hand-wash it in cold water. Do not use bleach. It can be placed in a dryer on low or hung to dry. Do not dry clean your custom table covers to avoid removing the ink. Wrinkles can be eliminated with steam or a low heat iron.
