Totally Promotional is founded as a promotional products company, while also operating as a printer and copy center in Celina, Ohio.

1994 - 2006

Customers initially use www.casad.com and www.promo-force.com to order custom products. Totally Promotional is solely a promotional products distributor at this time.

2007

The company expands to seven niche websites and offers total customization of numerous promotional products.

2008

TotallyKoozies.com goes live.

2009

The production team begins manufacturing and printing table covers and table runners.

2010

Totally Promotional expands its offerings to include the manufacturing of foam can coolers.

2011

TotallyPromotional.com and TotallyWeddingKoozies.com are created.

2012

Work begins on a revolutionary customer interface that allows users to design their own products.

Manufacturing of lip balm begins.

2013

Developers finish work on an artwork customization tool that allows customers to create and instantly view their design or template with their information.

A social media director is hired to capture opportunities for future growth. The additional position allows Totally Promotional to build its brand and gain a social media presence and following.

Totally Promotional begins printing Neoprene can coolers, which were previously sent to an outside vendor to fulfill orders.

2014

Totally Promotional broadens its can cooler product line and begins to sew custom styles from roll material.

The company debuts drinkware, napkins and plates.

Drawstring backpacks and tote bags are imported and printed in-house.

2015

Photography and videography studios are added to create original content and images.

Banner stands, banners and lanyards join the growing list of new products.

2016

Totally Promotional's product line increases with foil-stamped napkins and coasters.

The main office is relocated near its manufacturing operations in a state-of-the-art facility in Coldwater, Ohio. The move consolidates the company's footprint from four locations to a single site that can be expanded for additional growth.

2017

Totally Promotional's product line surpasses 4,000 items to meet and exceed customers' needs.

"Our Products. Your Story.™" becomes the new company slogan.

2018

Totally Promotional marks 25 years in the promotional products industry.

Totally Promotional Live Streaming debuts from our new studio.

TotallyKoozies.com joins TotallyPromotional.com to improve the shopping experience for custom koozies® and can coolers.

2019

Totally Promotional introduces glassware products to its growing line of barware.

Ceramic mugs join the drinkware division to increase customer options for branding and gifts.

Chargers, headphones and other items are added to meet the growing demand for technology.

Production begins on popular customized magnetic clips and chip clips.

2020

Face masks and neck gaiters debuted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Totally Promotional introduces a new line of custom apparel, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, hats and beanies and more for adults and youth.

Customized kitchen products are added to the growing selection of items at Totally Promotional.

TotallyWeddingKoozies.com is beautifully rebranded and more items are added to provide inspiration for couples planning to wed.

TotallyPromotional.com debuts a fresh, new look to help shoppers select and design custom products to tell their story.

2021

New metallic ink imprints in a variety of colors are now available on many products at TotallyPromotional.com and TotallyWeddingKoozies.com.

More than 600 new promotional products were added to our websites this year!

2022

Promotional tools are now part of the growing selection of home items.

A new Careers page debuts to connect with job candidates.

Tech upgrades at Totally Promotional create a more user-friendly experience for shoppers.

Reusable straws, custom scarves, fanny packs and new eco-friendly items are added by popular demand.

The selection expands again with custom wristbands, stickers, sunscreen and towels.

2023

Totally Promotional celebrates 30 years as a promotional products retailer and manufacturer.

New items at Totally Promotional include custom lighters, selfie lights, pet supplies, blue light glasses and kitchen products.

More new products are added: magnets, automotive, first aid, golf, and many brand-name items!

Our selection grew again with new hand fans and hot and cold packs. Also, many new styles of custom jackets and clips were added.

More than 4,000 new items debuted at Totally Promotional in 2023!

2024

Hundreds of new items debut in Foods & Snacks, Lawn & Garden and Campaign Giveaways.
