Totally Promotional and its continued growth was featured in a story published Nov. 5, 2018, by the Cleveland Plain Dealer and its affiliates.
The article, ““A tale of two economies: Mercer, Monroe counties’ success and struggle offer lessons for Ohio””, showed the stark economic differences of the two regions. The staff of the Cleveland Plain Dealer explained factors they believe have contributed to the ongoing success and job growth of Totally Promotional and other businesses in Mercer and Auglaize counties.
Photojournalist Lisa DeJong of The Plain Dealer interviewed Totally Promotional staff members and took photos of the business and surrounding area.

The Coldwater, Ohio Area Chamber of Commerce selected Totally Promotional for the 2017 Community Improvement Award. Accepting the award was CEO Tom Casad and COO Lynn Huwer.
Totally Promotional received the award in conjunction with Bruns Construction and the Sycamore Group for renovating the former New Idea building in Coldwater. Totally Promotional moved its offices from Celina, Ohio, to the former agriculture manufacturing building in May 2016.

Totally Promotional, an online manufacturer and retailer of imprinted promotional products, has moved its offices to an ultra-modern facility at 450 S. Second St., Coldwater, Ohio. The office is now located under the same roof as the company's massive production facility. The newly renovated office space includes an open concept, ergonomic desks and an expanded video/photography department.
Totally Promotional has more than 25 years of experience as an online business and currently employs about 200 people in its office and production areas.
